Acknowledged is operated by eston.io. We're building a policy management platform for SMBs.

When you join our waitlist, we collect:
- Email address — to notify you when we launch
- Problem description (optional) — to understand your needs
Why we collect it
We use your email solely to contact you about Acknowledged's launch. If you provided a problem description, we use it to improve the product. We don't use your data for any other purpose.
How we store it
Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted in Amsterdam, Netherlands (EU). We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Who has access
Only the Acknowledged team has access to your data. We don't sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you request deletion or until we no longer need it (e.g., after product launch and your notification).
Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
